We are happy to deal with client's of all sizes - big or small. When Russell Jones of Catford Print Centre contacted us he had googled "business grade emails" and found Cluster. As a printing company his clients send him large attachments and his previous domain host provider had a limit on the size of each one that he could receive.

He was also frustrated by the number of junk emails he was getting every day along with the fact that he could only communicate by email or premium rate phone number with his domain host provider whenever he had problems with his web site.

Being a relatively small company he was intimidated by the potential cost of switching his domain name away from a main stream domain host but we were able to offer him a package that suited his requirements giving him an enhanced level of service and at a cost which was well inside his expectations - and he was so pleased to be able to talk to a human being on the phone who in Russell's words "was able to explain the various options to me in plain English".

Russell enjoys managing his web site himself which he describes as a fairly simple old fashioned basic information rich site but hopes one day to take advantage of Cluster's skills and hand over the design and management to us.
