We met with Goldmark after learning that they were interested in utilising the power of the internet to improve their day to day tracking of business. Goldmark needed a revised public website, and a further private website allowing them to perform tasks such as parcel/job tracking, quotations/progress reports, billing and later on a HR / pay system.

We spent considerable time with Goldmark ensuring that we both understood exactly what was required, and expected. Using some of the latest techniques, we developed a custom code base for Goldmark that would allow us to add in extra modules with extreme ease.

We developed a time schedule, and once all was agreed, started work. As each module was completed we kept Goldmark informed, and up to date – keeping them well informed of any developments and also, updating our design to keep in line with new requirements Goldmark had laid out.

We completed the work, and delivered a fully functional parcel and job tracking system, allowing Goldmark to view jobs and track all parcels in and out. We also completed a job work quotation system, and developed the job work progress system, allowing Goldmark to see the exact status of the job, including who has ownership of the job at the time.

Goldmark, being pleased with our level of work so far, again had a further meet with us to discuss extra work. It was at this stage, that we were asked to also develop a billing system, HR and pay system. Thanks to the code base that we had developed, this was extremely easy to plug in, and we managed to develop this with speed. Once all completed, we took the time to walk through the entire system step by step with Goldmark, ensuring that every item was to their satisfaction and that they were comfortable in using it.
